Operate the aircraft by using drag controls; missiles launch automatically. Utilize bombs and super shot by pressing the corresponding buttons.

- Earn technical bonus scores by destroying specific cores in boss battles
- Obtain additional scores through medal chains
- Receive bombs during gameplay
- Call for support attacks using bombs during moments of crisis
- Collisions with enemies result in a downgrade of shot and formation level by 1
- Switch between original and modified game screens in the settings menu
